How It Works

The GMS alarm panel features two independent monitoring zones:

Zone 1: Uses sensor tape installed beneath raised floors or around the room perimeter to continuously detect any presence of water caused by pipe leaks or condensate build-up. When water is detected, the alarm panel activates instantly with an audible alarm and red warning light, while the external beacon flashes outside the room.

Zone 2: Monitors ambient temperature through three temperature sensors placed strategically within the room. If the room temperature exceeds the set maximum (default 30°C), the alarm triggers immediately — allowing your team to investigate potential cooling issues before they affect your servers or network equipment.
