Water Leak Detection Sensor Probe
The sensor probe is designed for use in areas where traditional sensor tape could be vulnerable to damage from foot traffic, cleaning equipment, or other on-site processes.
Each probe is housed in a durable plastic enclosure with adjustable floor mounting brackets, allowing the conductors to be set between 0 and 25mm from the floor surface for precise leak detection.
Multiple probes can be connected in series to a single alarm panel or a single zone on a multi-zone system. This configuration is commonly used in plant rooms, where several probes are installed around key risk points to provide complete coverage.
The sensor probe can also be used in multi-level alarm systems, where a small amount of water triggers a pre-alarm, and a higher level of water activates a full alarm, offering an extra layer of protection and early warning capability.

Intelligent Water Leak Detection Probe (Intelli-Probe)
The Intelligent Water Leak Detection Probe, or Intelli-Probe, is designed for direct integration into HVAC systems such as AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units), where condensate build-up or overflow can occur.
The probe provides early detection of water presence and automatically sends an alarm signal to help prevent damage to sensitive equipment.
It can be powered independently or from a 6–30 VDC supply taken directly from the HVAC controller. The built-in relay output can be connected to any spare input on the controller — typically one used for temperature or humidity sensors.
This integration allows the control system or Building Management System (BMS) to:
Raise an alarm on the BMS interface
Send notifications or text alerts to maintenance personnel
Shut down affected processes or equipment automatically to minimise damage
